The Worldwide Property Centre is an association of independent agents and developers from around the world. Each office is legally and financially independent.

Our Owners

The Worldwide Property Centre is owned by the partners of the International Law Partnership LLP and by Martin Roberts, managing Director of PropertyQC Ltd and property correspondent for the BBC.

The International Law Partnership is probably the countries leading law firm specialising in international property transactions. It has over 20 years experience in this field and it's senior partner, John Howell, is widely recognised at the legal guru of the overseas property industry and a true expert in the field of international property. He appears regularly on radio and TV and has written many books and articles on the subject.

Whilst the Worldwide Property Centre is not a law firm - and so not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority - the values of integrity and professionalism that are second nature to solicitors are brought into the Worldwide Property Centre.

PropertyQC is a highly specialised and respected company providing truly independent advice to investors looking to buy property overseas. Martin Roberts established PropertyQC and he, too, is recognised as an expert in this field. Martin is also the presenter of the BBC's leading property show - 'Homes Under The Hammer' and the BBC's property correspondent.

Our Members

The strength of the Worldwide Property Centre lies in its carefully selected members. These are independent estate agents and developers from around the world. Each is legally and financially independent.

We accept only ONE agent for each area as a member.

Our Service

The Worldwide Property Centre is an association of independent estate agents and developers from around the world. Each office is legally and financially independent.

It was established by two of the leading players in the international property market - The International Law Partnership LLP and PropertyQC.

Why did we do this? Because we saw too many examples of unprofessional estate agents using unscrupulous sales techniques. Unfortunately, in most countries where people are buying overseas property estate agents are not regulated - and it often shows.

Members of The Worldwide Property Centre agree to adhere to certain defined professional standards. If they fail to do so they will be thrown out of the Centre! No member of the Worldwide Property Centre wants its reputation damaged by association with bad practice.

We have offices in London, Leeds and near Bristol. From those offices the Worldwide Property Centre's trained English seapking staff will establish your requirements and put you through to our member in the area of interest to you. You only pay for the UK phone call and if, at any point, you are dissatisfied with the service you are receiving from our member those same UK based staff will try to sort the problem out on your behalf.

You do not pay any extra charges by using the Worldwide Property Centre rather than dealing with our member in his own country.
