The Worldwide Property Centre is an association of independent estate agents and developers from around the world. Each office is legally and financially independent.
It was established by two of the leading players in the international property market - The International Law Partnership LLP and PropertyQC.
Why did we do this? Because we saw too many examples of unprofessional estate agents using unscrupulous sales techniques. Unfortunately, in most countries where people are buying overseas property estate agents are not regulated - and it often shows.
Members of The Worldwide Property Centre agree to adhere to certain and defined professional standards. If they fail to do so they will be thrown out of the Centre! No member of the Worldwide Property Centre wants its reputation damaged by association with bad practice.
