Legal Services to Organisations
What do we mean by an organisation?
This is normally a group of people who have got together for some purpose. Usually, the aims of the organisation are not commercial. Typical examples of organisations that may benefit from our services are:
- Trade unions
- Groups formed to pursue collective action after an accident or disaster
- Residents Groups
- Self help groups in failed developments
- Timeshare owners committees
- Charities operating internationally
How can we help?
We can help in a number of ways. Many issues are the same as those facing private individuals or companies.
In addition, we can:
- advise about your constitution
- advise whether you are authorised to carry out your plans in your target European country
- advise about the cross border tax implications of your proposals
- prepare detailed plans to give effect to your proposals
- attend meetings and explain the plans and the European law issues that arise from them
In a limited number of cases our services may be available at a subsidised rate from our "pro bono publico" (public service) budget.
