Legal Services for Holiday Clubs
We are tired of helping people who have been caught by crooks selling membership of holiday clubs. There must be some honest and good value holiday clubs around, but we don't see many of them.
Holiday Clubs tend to offer you no cancellation rights and have been set up in such a way as to deprive buyers of the limited protection offered by Timeshare legislation.
If anyone offers to sell you membership of a holiday club be very careful.
Think before you sign.
If you have bought into a club and want to get out of the contract because, for example, much of what you were told about the club turns out to be untrue then there are things that can be done. Contact us urgently.
