Legal Guides
The International Law Partnership produces a series of brief legal guides dealing with some of the common and more straightforward problems that our clients bring to us.
Many of the cases that we deal with are very specific or unusual and are not covered by any of our legal guides because it would either not be practical or not cost effective to produce a guide dealing with such a specific topic.
In many other cases we have not produced a basic guide because the law is so complex and/or the variations in our Client's circumstances are so large that any short guide would probably do more harm than good.
With those thoughts in mind, please have a look at our guides. We hope you find them useful.
