Becoming Our Client
The documents in this section are for people who are thinking of becoming our Clients.
We think that it is very important that they should understand very clearly the services that we can supply and the way in which we do business.
It is just as important that we understand very clearly exactly what they are trying to achieve.
We achieve both of these ends by using our 'Enquiry Packs'.
These set out, in the form of a letter addressed to you, the services that we are proposing to supply to you and our key terms of business, including an indication of our likely charges.
They also enclose a Questionnaire for you to fill and return to us. This will tell us sufficient information about you and the problem you are trying deal with to allow us to form a preliminary view of the case.
Upon receipt of the completed Enquiry Pack and Questionnaire we will telephone you or arrange a face to face meeting to clarify any outstanding issues and allow us to start work on your case
