Contract Checks - 'While you wait'
Many of our clients are buying properties abroad. They are often under pressure to make a quick decision and sign a contract 'there and then'. If this happens, telephone. Tell us you have found a property. Fax or email a copy of the contract. We will normally be able to read it and give you our preliminary views within 2 hours. This service is normally only available Monday to Friday and is dependent upon the availability of suitably qualified staff.
